Welcome to Divine CuteTeez! By placing an order through our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Artwork Submission

  • All artwork must be submitted in high-resolution PNG format with a transparent background unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their artwork is print-ready. If you're unsure, we recommend adding our Artwork Protection Fee to your order.

  • If issues are found with your artwork and the Artwork Protection Fee was included, we will notify you via email regarding what can or cannot be corrected.

  • Divine CuteTeez is not responsible for any errors in artwork submitted without the Artwork Protection Fee.

2. Artwork Protection Fee

  • This optional fee includes checking and correcting thin lines, transparency issues, and overall print quality.

  • The fee is non-refundable, even if no corrections are required.

  • Bypassing this service means Divine CuteTeez is not liable for any design-related printing issues or substandard results.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard processing time is 1-3 business days from the time your artwork is approved. 

  • Orders may experience delays during high-volume periods or due to issues with submitted artwork.

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Divine CuteTeez is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • Once packages are handed to the shipping provider, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance if needed.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the error was caused by Divine CuteTeez.

  • Any issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure your contact and shipping information is accurate at checkout.

  • Review your digital proofs (if applicable) carefully before approving.

  • Use DTF transfers on compatible fabrics and follow proper heat press instructions for best results.

7. Copyright & Ownership

  • By submitting artwork to Divine CuteTeez, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that contains copyrighted material, offensive content, or violates our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Divine CuteTeez is not responsible for:

  • Damage due to incorrect heat pressing methods.

  • Poor print results due to low-quality or unprepared artwork submitted without Artwork Protection.

  • Missed deadlines due to delays in customer response, artwork issues, or carrier delays.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
