To help ensure the best results, we offer an optional but highly recommended service called the Artwork Protection Fee. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about this service and why it matters for your order.
What Is the Artwork Protection Fee?
The Artwork Protection Fee is a small service charge that covers the time and technical expertise required to manually inspect and optimize your submitted artwork before it goes into production. This fee helps us catch and correct common issues that could result in poor-quality prints, saving you time, frustration, and potentially wasted materials.
What’s Included in the Artwork Protection Fee?
When you add the Artwork Protection Fee to your order, your artwork will go through a manual review and optimization process, including:

✅ Checking for Thin Lines: Thin or fine details can be lost during the DTF printing and transfer process. We’ll identify these areas and, when possible, adjust them to ensure a cleaner print.

✅ Transparency Correction: Improper use of transparencies or semi-transparent areas can cause unintended print results. We'll flatten and correct these issues to maintain consistency in your design.

✅ File Quality Check: We assess the overall resolution and quality of your file to ensure it meets the minimum printing standards.

✅ Basic Cleanup: If there are small stray pixels, jagged edges, or unnecessary background elements, we’ll clean them up when possible.

✅ Communication: If your artwork contains issues that we cannot fix without distorting the original design, we will email you directly to let you know what can and can’t be done. This gives you the chance to update your file or provide a replacement before printing begins.
Why It Matters
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are extremely sensitive to the quality of the original artwork file. Even small file issues that may not appear noticeable on screen can cause:

Limitations
While this service covers a range of common issues, it does not include:

The Artwork Protection Fee is non-refundable, even if your file requires no changes or if you later cancel your order.

If your file contains major issues that cannot be fixed through our standard process, we will reach out to you. You may choose to send a new file or proceed with the original at your own risk.

If you bypass the Artwork Protection Fee and submit artwork with errors, Divine CuteTeez is not responsible for any print issues that result from low-quality or improperly prepared files.
