1. Set Heat To 320°F
2. Pre Press Garment For 5-10 Seconds To Release Any Moisture
3. Press For 15-22 Seconds With Heavy Pressure. A Commercial Press Is Recommended.
4. Peel Warm. Allow To Set For A Few Seconds Before Peel.
5. Cover And Press For An Additional 10 Seconds.
6. Allow 24 Hours Before First Wash
